Living Life from Religious to Totally Outrageous [12 Dec 08]

“I will espouse you to me forever…I will espouse you to me in stead fast love” - Hos 2:16 ff

As the Catholic world celebrates the Feast of your Lady of Guadalupe, this day also marks the most important day of our friend’s religious life. Today is the day when SOLT Sister Maria Gabriela together with SOLT Sister Mary Elizabeth Anne made their final solemn vows to live life in poverty, chastity and obedience in the service of the Lord in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, till death they do part.

The perpetual profession on vow started at 10:00 am of 12 December 2008 held at the Lundayan Chapel of Trinitas Home of Contemplation in Bonga, Bacacay, Albay presided by Rev. Fr. Rogel B. Rosalinas. The activity was attended by priests, nuns and novices coming from the different diocese and countries of the SOLT congregations. Families, relatives, friends, schoolmates and church workers likewise attended the celebration to witness the espousal ceremony.

On my part, this is the very first time that I have attended and witnessed such solemn ceremony even though we have one nun in my maternal’s bloodline. The entire proceeding was so touching and Sister Gabi really moved my eyes close to tears while she was delivering her composed commitment prayer to the Lord and acknowledging the divine interventions she got before finally professing her undying love and devotion to the Father. It was really a divine moment and I’m thankful that I’ve been there.

As the night sets in, me and my busy buddies took a break from chasing the deadlines of paper reports in our respective Offices and proceeded to Albay Astrodome for a night of fun and enjoyment in the company of the Philippine’s pride, “Men of the 80’s” Concert [Gino Padilla, Raymond Lauchengco, Louie Heredia and Randy Santiago]. The venue wasn’t totally filled because of the freaky weather we had the entire day. It was raining hard every now and then on daytime and the wind was furiously blowing. Over-all though, we really had a blast especially on the latter part of the concert when the performers invited the audience to come and join them dancing on stage. Too bad we’re on the upper box or else, you can check my swaying butt up there. We were contented dancing in our location and Randy never fails to acknowledge our part of the crowd as the loudest and most active participants.

Phenomenal Woman

A TRIBUTE to all Gaga (minus the Gong) members, female friends and every woman I have in my life, in and outside the wonders of the internet....GO, woman power!

...by Maya Angelou

Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.
I'm not cute or built to suit a fashion model's size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I'm telling lies.
I say,
It's in the reach of my arms
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's US.

I walk into a room
Just as cool as you please,
And to a man,
The fellows stand or
Fall down on their knees.
Then they swarm around me,
A hive of honey bees.
I say,
It's the fire in my eyes,
And the flash of my teeth,
The swing in my waist,
And the joy in my feet.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's US.

Men themselves have wondered
What they see in me.
They try so much
But they can't touch
My inner mystery.
When I try to show them
They say they still can't see.
I say,
It's in the arch of my back,
The sun of my smile,
The ride of my breasts,
The grace of my style.
I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's US.

Now you understand
Just why my head's not bowed.
I don't shout or jump about
Or have to talk real loud.
When you see me passing
It ought to make you proud.
I say,
It's in the click of my heels,
The bend of my hair,
the palm of my hand,
The need of my care,
'Cause I'm a woman
Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That's US.

THIS DAY IN 1976, I WAS BORN!

Amidst the crisis and the hardships of life in a remote place in one of the provinces of the Bicol Region, a petite baby girl was born from spouses Jaime and Lemia. Named Maricel [Maria Cecilia] by her grandmother, she was raised in the simplest form of living cultured with good values of respect for other people.

A promise of a better future became feasible when the family moved into the City at the age of 5. Experiencing life’s struggles and various facets of human life emboldened her determination to reach the comfort of living through her blood and sweats.

After thirty-two years of all the hurts, all the pains that comes with all the joys and celebrations of success, the battle hasn’t ended yet. As she turns her back to the last number of the Gregorian calendar and steps into a new era of her life, her family and the people she cares for will remain as her greatest inspiration to aim for more glory in the fairest way.

To all the people I have built friendship with on the net, THANK YOU for being part of my life as I welcome the first day of my 32nd year!

"MOMMY" After 15 Years - Entry for October 27, 2008

"MOMMY" Maricel......that is how we fondly call her fifteen (15) years ago. Like the word "Mommy" portrays, she assumes the role of a mother to our class section in high school and meeting her in her gray habit in the afternoon of 26 October 2008 doesn't surprise me at all. Soft spoken, graceful, strict but sweet as she was 15 years ago, gave us all the impression that one day these days, she will be part of the chosen individuals who will answer their "calling" to serve the Lord.

She is now a member of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT) sisters who will take her final vow on 12 December 2008 and we are invited to witness the day when "she ties the knot" with out dear Creator.

A little information about the SOLT society I gathered from their webpage.........

The first Ecclesial Team of Our Lady's Society was sent in 1975 to serve on Cagraray Island, Bacacay, Albay Philippines. From its beginnings with one priest, Fr. Tom Gier, and three lay faithful, this mission has grown to become one of the largest missions of Our Lady's Society. Our Lady's Ecclesial Teams in the Philippines currently serve in parishes in works of ministry and continued evangelization of these regions of central and southern Luzon, both on the mainland and on the remote islands. In 1999, 'Trinitas', a house of contemplation was established to be a center for spiritual renewal not only for the members of the Society but also for the diocese. Fr. Vladimir Echalas, SOLT, entered into the vision of Fr. James Flanagan to provide a place for persons to retreat to and develop greater communion with the Trinity. In the wilderness in Bonga, Bacacay, Albay, Philippines, ten acres of land have been transformed into a contemplative haven for those who seek it.

Talking to her again in the afternoon of 26 October 2008, gave us the chance to rekindle our memories of the past and we saw how thrilled she was having us as her guest in their peaceful and solemn home in Bgy. Bonga, Bacacay, Albay. There we met Father Vlad Echalas, who is very accomodating and even volunteered to be our photographer in some shots we had here. But oh, photography is his hobby so we know he enjoyed the charity work he did for us hahaha.

[pictures taken by Fr. Vlad]

We had so much fun and I think we had awaken some sleeping spirits in their monastery with our giggles and laughs.....and we are so much relieved that the Sisters joined us in our LOL-adventure in their sacred haven (sshhhh, this is a secret!) Thank you Fr. Vlad for the warm welcome, thank you Sisters for a good company and most of all.....it was good hugging you again after 15 long years, Sister Gabriela [Gabi]!

Manila Vacation: 10-14 October 2008

IBALONG Festival: 1-31 October 2008

The Ibalong Festival depicts Bicol's early beginnings as portrayed by the characters in the epic entitled – IBALONG. The name was the early nomenclature of the Bicol region. It showcases many traditional superheroes such as Handiong, Baltog and Bantong among others. The festival is highlighted by a street presentation where masks of heroes and villains are paraded on mainstreets, combined with songs and dances. Other activities include a trade fair, art exhibit, sports fest such as the triathlon, guided tours, beauty pageant and other colorful competitions.

This year’s Ibalong Festival which shall be celebrated from Oct. 1-31 promises to be more colorful and exiting than previous festivals in this tourist city as declared by Mayor Noel Rosal.

The festival coincides with the Feast of St. Raphael the Archangel, patron saint. of Legazpi Port on the 24th day of the same month.
Started by the late Mayor Imelda C. Roces in 1992, Ibalong Festival has been held yearly except in 2007 after supertyphoon Reming devastated the city and the province of Albay.

According to history, Ibalong Festival was derived from the Bicol epic Ibalong which was translated from the Spanish original into English by the late Prof. Merito B. Espinas of the Bicol University. The principal characters of the Ibalong epic are Baltog, Bantong and Handyong.

As usual, the highlights of the Ibalong Festival include the Search for Mutya ng Ibalong and the Street Dancing Competition schedules on Oct. 29 and 30 this year, respectively.

IBALONG EPIC

A long, long time ago, there was a rich land called Ibalong. The hero Baltog, who came from Botavora of the brave clan of Lipod, came to this land when many monsters were still roaming in its very dark forests. He decided to stay and was the first to cultivate its field and to plant them with gabi.

Then one night, a monstrous, wild boar known as Tandayag saw these field and destroyed the crops. Upon knowing this, Baltog decided to look for this boar with all his courage and patience. At last, as soon as he saw it, he fearlessly wrestled with it, with all his might. Baltog was unafraied. He was strong and brave. Though the Tandayag had very long fangs, he was able to pin down the monstrous, wild boar and break apart its very big jawbones. With this, Tandayag fell and died.

After this fight, Baltog went to his house in Tondol, carrying the Tandayag’s broken jawbones. Then, he hung it on a talisay tree in front of his house. Upon learning of the victory of their Chief Baltog, the people prepared a feast and celebrated. The very big jawbones of the dead boar became an attraction for everyone. Thus, came the tribes of Panikwason and Asog to marvel at it.

The second hero who came to the land of Ibalong was Handyong. Together with his men, he had to fight thousands of battles, and face many dangers to defeat the monsters. As warriors, they first fought the one-eyed monster with three necks in the land of Ponong. For ten months, they fought without rest. And they never stopped fighting until all these monsters were killed.

Handyong and his men made their next attack against the giant flying sharks called Triburon which had hardy flesh and sawlike teeth that could crush rocks. They continued fighting until the defeat of the last Triburon.

They tamed the wild carabaos. They even drove away the giant and very fierce Sarimao which had very sharp fingernails. And using their spears and arrows, they killed all the crocodiles which were as big as boats. With all these killings, the rivers and swamps of Ibalong turned red with blood. It was at this time that the savage monkeys became frightened and hid themselves.

Among the enemies of Handyong and his men, the serpent Oryol was the hardest to kill. Having a beautiful voice, Oryol could change its image to deceive its enemies. To capture it, Handyong tried different ways. But Oryol escaped every one of it and disappeared.

So, alone and unafraid, Handyong decided to look for Oryol in the heart of the forest. He followed the beautiful voice and was almost enchanted by it in his pursuit. Days and nights passed until Oryol came to admire Handyong’s bravery and gallantry. Then, the serpent helped the hero to conquer the monsters, thus restoring peace to the entire Ibalong.

In one of the areas of Ibalong called Ligmanan, Handyong built a town. Under his leadership and his laws, slaves and masters were treated equally. The people planted rice and because of their high regard of him, they named this rice after him. He built the first boat to ride the waves of Ibalong’s seas. Through his good example, his people became inspired and came up with their own inventions. There was Kimantong who made the plow, harrow, and other farming tools; Hablom who invented the first loom for weaving abaca clothes; Dinahong, an Agta, who created the stove, cooking pot, earthen jar, and other kitchen utensils; and Sural who brilliantly thought of the syllabary and started to write on a marble rock. This was a golden period in Ibalong.

Then suddenly, there came a big flood caused by Unos, with terrifying earthquakes. The volcanoes of Hantik, Kulasi and Isarog erupted. Rivers changed their direction and the sea waves rolled high. Destruction was everywhere. Soon, the earth parted, mountains sank, a lake was formed, and many towns in Ibalong were ruined.

Then, appeared the giant Rabot, half-man and half-beast, with awesome and terrifying powers.

People were asking who will fight against Rabot. So, Bantong, the third hero was called. He was a good friend of Handyong. He was ordered to kill the new monster in Ibalong. To do this, he took with him a thousand warriors to attack Rabot’s den. But using his wisdom against Rabot, he did not attack the giant right away. He first observed Rabot’s ways. Looking around the giant’s den, he discovered that there were many rocks surrounding it, and these were the people who were turned into rocks by Rabot.

Bantong also learned that Rabot loved to sleep during the day and stayed awake at night. So, he waited. When Rabot was already sleeping very soundly, Bantong came hear him. He cut the giant into two with his very sharp bolo and without any struggle, Rabot died, So, Ibalong was at peace once more.

Not just an ordinary girl, but a house painter too

The two-days self-declared day-off i took from work was mostly spent not on relaxation or unwinding but to a more tiring, dusty, sweaty but enjoying activity and that's.......house painting! Yes, I did shared in the labor and as you can see on the inset picture with that paint-stuff all over my hands and hair. Im actually a "jack-of-all-trades master of none" aside from chatting type, lol!

After almost a year of roaming my eyes over the multiple color i see on our wall everytime i spent time in our living area, i have thought of uniformly repainting it from living room to the kitchen area with a feminie touch. Nope, my father wont mind at all since i'll be financing the new house color, that's the deal we had. Oh well, he's the only masculine gender at home so majority will always reign, it's 3:1.

The ceiling was painted plain white and the wall with cream. The lining was the outcome of my sister's opinion and mine. It was supposed to be pale red but to project that more and striking feminine color, we opt to fuschia pink close to peach (of which, im still unsure). Pardon me, im not that good on color beyond the primary and secondary, lol. So there you are, folks if in case your thinking of re-doing ur house color feel free to hire my services. Friends will get 30% discount plus a free interior decoration suggestions, promise!

The Half Human-Half Beast [Sagittarian]

SAGITTARIUS

The sign of the Archer rules the House of Philosophy, something which speaks volumes about these inquisitive, knowledge-seeking souls. Sagittarians are truth seekers, focused intensely on learning about their lover and exploring them more deeply. Truth be told, the Archer wants to explore everything deeply, so conversations in bed can run the gamut from religion to politics, and which position is most comfortable. These versatile and charming folks enjoy taking a long drink from the cup of life, something which also makes them exceedingly flirtatious and great social animals. Sagittarian candor is only matched by the need for independence, a guileless raison d'etre which can be an aphrodisiac to many. The Archer loves a challenge, just the kind of thing which spices up their already hot love life.

SAGITTARIUS AND ROMANCE

The game of love is a straight ahead affair for the Archer, one where the rules are laid down from the start. A good time is important to Sagittarians, so playful dates will be the right appetizer for this zesty lover. Those born under this sign are intuitive, and as a result, have a good sense of what and who they want. The one lucky enough to get in their sights is in for a wild time! Possibly the sexiest part of the game for the Archer is maintaining a sense of independence in the face of a blooming relationship -- there is nothing sexier for these folk. One possible exception might be honesty, which is often why a Sagittarian lover is also a best friend.

SAGITTARIUS IN RELATIONSHIPS

Mental fireworks will surely fly in a relationship with the Archer, for nothing seems worthwhile without them. This eagerness to learn can make for one very curious lover. Sagittarians love the idea of a companion, a friend/partner who can share in their quest for truth and knowledge. This relationship will be active and spirited, filled with adventures to faraway lands, as well as exotic fantasies in the bedroom. Traveling has never been more fun than with the Archer! This enthusiasm comes with a keen sense of loyalty for a deserving partner, but the Sagittarian's lover must be careful not to make the mistake of becoming boring or possessive. If so, they'll be vanquished from the lair (minor rifts, though, are gladly patched up in bed). The ideal Sagittarius soul mate is well-read on everything from Philosophy to Sex, and is not afraid to practice what they preach.

SAGITTARIUS IN LOVE

Love is wonderful for many, but it's a bit of an enigma for the Archer. What, after all, is love? To libidinous Sagittarians, love is often sex, plain and simple. These straight-shooters want a partner who is a mental and physical equal, yet one who understands "love" on their terms. This means mutual independence and an ability for each partner to do, and be, exactly what they want. Love can be hard for the Archer, since a fear of intimacy often swirls around them. For this reason, a friendship first is often the best way to encourage a love relationship with these folk. If this can be achieved, it's splendor between the sheets.

SAGITTARIUS AND SEX

The Archer is a Fire sign: 'Nuff said, at least where sex is concerned. The initial Sagittarian response where sex is concerned is through physicality, as opposed to emotion or practicality. The Archer is not shy, and like the half beast/half human that he/she represents, is quite the sexual animal. In other words, these folks are always ready! Sagittarians like to enjoy many an erotic experience, in keeping with their outgoing and sociable nature. Their great libido also lends itself best to an artistic and graceful lover, qualities they very much admire. Trying new things is also often on the Archer's mind, and when their lover says sex on the beach, they had best not be referring to a fruity drink. The Sagittarian's thirst for knowledge is often quenched through straight talk in bed, a way to combine two of their favorite pleasures. Sagittarians can also grow to worship a worthy lover, a fitting response to this holiest of acts.

WHAT SAGITTARIUS NEEDS

A true friend who can go toe-to-toe with the discerning Archer, while not making any serious demands spells pure bliss as a partner. These independent souls also prize a lover who understands and embraces the value of alone time. Mental stimulation can be as exciting as the sexual kind for Sagittarians, and if conversation is honest and open, things will continue to develop and grow. An equal in the bedroom is also a delicious reward. Foreigners, or anyone fairly exotic, are often an irresistible lure to the Archer.

The Sagittarius lover is a philosopher, wanderer and explorer who insist on living life to the fullest. The zest for adventure and quest for knowledge they possess will move many. Only independent folk need apply for this red-hot ride!

COME WHAT MAY [by: Ewan McGregor & Nicole Kidman]

***This is a recess while the release of Virtual Story Episodes is still on TRO pending my PMS decision to publish another or not. LOL.

COME WHAT MAY is one of Moulan Rouge featured songs which can really break your heart and strip you of your defenses against the calling of love and the wanting to be loved in return. It’s a movie I will never say no watching over and over again. A touching inspiration for all those who are in love and a hope for all those still in search of one.

Me? Oh, never mind me…I love….and will always love the thought of loving with or without a LOVER! Opposite sex says I have a tough personality to break and I’m meant to shatter their hearts into pieces rather than mine. But who are they to tell? Maybe not until they discovered that I am hopeless romantic little creature by heart and soul only coated with a thick layer of human defense mechanism against strangers and would-be heart-robbers.

Been there done that. I’ve trusted and corrupted. I’ve gambled and loss. I’ve invested and bankrupted. I’ve taken the risk and failed. I’ve expected and got frustrated. Let it be one fact of life on the virtual world that FAKERS, LIARS and PRETENDERS are everywhere. They are like predators in search of a prey. They blend themselves in a crowd of REAL and HONEST people and take every opportunity they’ll get to take you for a ride when they thought that you are defenseless and meek.

But never get the impression that I’m giving up all hopes in the matter of love and loving just because of the past. Nor the extreme notion that I will resort to coveting other women’s love interests just to produce my own happiness. I am not that desperate……yet. And guys, let me pull my leg only this time, I think in my own judgment I’m still at the prime of my life, physically passable, emotionally capable and warm bloodied mammal gifted enough to find MY OWN without jeopardizing other people’s relationship. If in case you have objection, the Complaint Desk is on the right door please, lol.

Likewise, I won’t opt to “engineer someone’s life” nor foretell what the future will bring to assure myself of a lifetime partner. Presumptions are different from predictions. Life’s always been a matter of choices so never blame destiny for any unexpected course of life you are leading to because “you are the captain of your ship and the master of your soul”. In tagalog, SUNGAY MO, sunong mo; BUNTOT MO, hila mo. [Kaya, bahala ka sa buhay mo! Hahahaha.] So, if you will let other people to run your life and impose rules over you, it’s not their fault, it’s YOURS. What’s the use of freedom and communication if you won’t raise objections and state your reasons?

Now I’m going to hush before somebody took my case over the courtroom, hehehe!!! All I want to say is, I’ve learned my lessons to be wary the hard way. That next time I fall, I should not give 100% of it all and leave something for myself as reserve capital investment next time I decide to take the risk of another venture because who else should I expect to protect my very own interests but….ME! Now, let's all be happy and gay.

Never knew I could feel like this / Like I've never seen the sky before / I want to vanish inside your kiss / Every day I'm loving you more and more / Listen to my heart, can you hear it sings / Telling me to give you everything / Seasons may change, winter to spring / But I love you until the end of time // Chorus: Come what may / Come what may I will love you until my dying day / Suddenly the world seems such a perfect place / Suddenly it moves with such a perfect grace / Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste It all revolves around you / And there's no mountain too high / No river too wide / Sing out this song I'll be there by your side / Storm clouds may gather / And stars may collide / But I love you until the end of time // Chorus Oh, come what may, come what may I will love you, / I will love you Suddenly the world seems such a perfect place // Chorus

Virtual Story - Episode 1: Confused

She is a new girl in chat exchanging hi’s and hello’s with virtual friends for about a year and committed in a relationship with someone whom she thinks worthy of investing her time, emotions and devotion on that same environ she thought would help her forget a dark past relationship with someone in real. They’ve been hanging out for about 2 or 3 months already when another guy of the same nationality came along the way and proposed that he is willing to be a “kept man” in that same relationship.

But the girl, being naïve on the ways and things of relationship on the net, refused the offer and hanged on to the former. A decision that Guy #2 respected being a person of good nature and values.

Life moves on for everybody. In the long run, she found out that her boyfriend is singing some romantic tunes on that very same chatroom with her friend behind her back. Fool her once is okay, fool her twice can be understood but fool her thrice and over and over is a nutcase already. She then dumped Guy #1. Although until now, he still kept on annoying her and trying his best to relive the dismayed story of their relationship but to no avail. Several frustrated online relationships made her heart tougher than tough and promised herself that she will adopt the saying, “If you’re in Rome, you should do what the Romans are doing”. If they can play, why can’t she? Enough of the Miss Goodgirl personality. Retaliation? No, just being real in understanding the facts and fallacies of developing virtual intimacy.

While on the other hand, guy #2 had established a better and successful attachment to another Filipina whom he had visited in real. May sounds like a happy-ending affair, isn’t it? But wait, recent news says that they are not going along well and the relationship is on the rocks. How did the girl knows? Guy #2 approached her and hinted about it in between the conversation they had. She doesn’t want to sound nosy and fishing for information so she didn’t bother herself asking the entire story. The first interaction wasn’t the first and last of it. Until now, communication is still stable and whatever would be the outcome of it all, one thing will remain…their friendship is back on it’s track.

Now, for the sake of argumentation, if ever guy #2 decides to win her back again…should she accept it without asking if he is totally relieved of the burden in his past relationship? Should she opt for Guy #1 who is now willing to prove the truthfulness of his purpose to have her back and start a more serious relationship with her? Or should she not believe stories like this anymore and focus on the happiness she gain from having friends and building acquaintances without the burden of a complicated relationship?

One of the Best that Albay can Offer!

MAYON RESTHOUSE, also known as the Mayon Skyline Observatory nestles on the eastern slopes of Mt. Mayon at an altitude of 2,700 ft. It is located on the northern face of the Volcano, west of the City of Tabaco. An 8 km paved road winds its way up to an elevation of 810 meters from sea level to the Mayon Rest House (roughly a third of the way up to the summit of 2,462 meters). An excellent summer resort with almost similar temperature with Baguio at 28 degrees Celsius. It is popularly known as “HEAVEN ON EARTH” because of the hanging clouds and the pleasant climate where cool and invigorating air could be experienced wherein sometimes covered in clouds and mist.

The facilities there are a bit bare but there is an observatory, a Catholic Shrine, a non-functional hotel, and a fairly large playground and picnic garden. On a clear day, the view deck offers spectacular views of Tabaco Bay, and of the surrounding countryside including views of the two neighboring volcanoes, Mt. Malinao and Mt. Isarog and of the northern face of the crater. From this height, visitors, see the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean too and the different towns, lakes, villages, fields and other mountains.

The best time to visit this area is at sunset in order to enjoy the incredible colors and cloud formations as well as the fishing lights on the bay. Mayon resthouse is only accessible via private car or rented vehicle. The route up to the Resthouse will have many children waving to oncoming traffic trying to entice tourists to drop a few coins for them, although I would recommend giving candies instead.

So if you’re planning to visit the Bicol Region, never miss the opportunity to feel a cool ambiance of fresh air, breathtaking sceneries and be awed by the view of the volcano at a closer range all-in-one place by visiting Mayon Resthouse.

Personal Hobby: Keyholder Collector

A hobby I started after my brother arrived from Singapore and gave me a necklace and a keychain as “pasalubong” [nope, I’m not his favorite po] in July 2006.

Then, my sister-in-law’s sister who came from Hongkong months after I got hold of my first one gave me another key holder as a Ney Year present wrapped in red small box in January 2006. [i wont tell how much bill is folded in there, too hehehe]

The small guitar is a pride of Cebu, Philippines from my Pakner Grace who sent it along with a card on Valentines Day in 2008.

The Scottish flag is from Tired in February 2008 and so does the elephant key holder from his trip in Thailand [and I requested it, it’s not really his idea, hahahaha!] Too bad I should have reminded him earlier while he’s still in Malaysia, eh.

The blue Fino keychain is from Sis Meyie given on February 2008 along with cologne and sweet goodies [I won’t say its chocolates, shhhhh!] during my boarding in her place.

The cute little yellow slipper is from a friend, Stephanie, after their summer family get-away in Rizal Beach, Donsol, Sorsogon on May 2008. Don’t be misled, I haven’t worn it yet, hahahaha!

The orange fishlike key holder is something I bought for myself during our trip to Manila Ocean Park with my two (2) brothers’ family and sister last week of May 2008.

The Canadian flag is part of a gift I got from someone special in Canada together with the chocolates that goes with it which I received last week, 26th of June 2008.

The separate three (3) keyholder picture is from my good friend, Steph in Davao and her daughter MJ. A friend i met in the chatroom for almost a year now.

FOR THESE, I wanna say “THANK YOU” for sharing something tangible with me!
